The Americans with Disabilities Act and the Internet

In light of the significance of the Internet economy to economic growth during the 1990’s, this article explores the costs that application of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) could impose on that rapidly expanding segment of the economy, and the First Amendment implications of applying the ADA to private Internet web sites and services.
